Self-Connection for Collective Care

Change requires resources. Whether you want to be able to better care for a loved one or you're an activist for social justice, it's important that you have the care and support YOU need in oder to have the impact you intend.

Healers and helpers are often asked and expected to go above and beyond, usually giving so much to others that there's nothing left for themselves. And so the relief to suffering ratio in the world doesn't actually improve.

Self-connection is a powerful but practical way to ensure your energy levels stay sustained, and that your needs and wellbeing aren't sacrificed in exchange for others. Self-connection prevents burnout, and is essential for dismantling the power structures that keep the people who are making a difference in chronic states of stress and survival mode.

In this interactive 90-min workshop, we'll explore the ways in which self-connection is important - both individually and collectively, how to easily incorporate self-connection practices into your day-to-day without costing yourself extra time or money, and how to tending to your own needs translates into collective/community care.

This workshop will be held over Zoom and a recording will be sent to all who register. 

The fee for this event is by donation, with a suggested donation of $25. If you have the financial means to support my work at a more generous level, please do! If you are financially constrained, please honor your needs and pay only what you can or attend for free. There is no minimum or maximum donation.
